The use of a browser that does not allow the creation of cookies may hinder you from earning Cashback. ShopBack highly recommends the use of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari for Cashback tracking. Due to the large number of third party browsers available, we cannot verify / guarantee that browsers other than the ones aforementioned will be compatible with ShopBack.
Your browser may sometimes be “confused”, resulting in errors that may prevent you from earning Cashback. Clear the cache to ensure more accurate Cashback tracking (it takes less than a minute)! See here for more information.
Security software such as Kaspersky or other protection software can block the tracking cookies ShopBack uses to track the Cashback for your order. If you are using this type of software, you will need to ensure that it is set to allow cookies from ShopBack and our partner stores. Similarly, if you’re using a firewall such as Zone Alarm, Norton Internet Security or a similar, you will need to turn off the “Ad Blocking” function.
Some toolbars redirect the commission that ShopBack earns to another affiliate channel. If you have any toolbars installed, you may need to check and see if they are linked to any other shopping rewards or coupon sites.
