Your Cashback will take up to 48 hours (for most merchants) to be processed and credited into your ShopBack account. A notification will be sent to your e-mail account to notify you that your Cashback has been successfully tracked. Alternatively, you can log in to your ShopBack account to check whether the Cashback has been tracked.
When using the ShopBack Cashback Buddy Extension, do ensure that the icon is “green” 
and that all Terms & Conditions are complied. Do note that at some pages, the icon would turn red (payment page) as we do not have access to encrypted pages.
Ensure that a new WINDOW is opened for each subsequent transaction and that Cashback is activated and tracked again.
