Can I merge my accounts?

Yes! You can request to merge accounts by contacting our CS agents. 

How it works is that we close the account that you want to stop using and move all the cashback to the account that you want to use actively. However, before we close the account, do ensure that all cashbacks from purchases are already available as we cannot transfer orders with "Pending" status since it is awaiting validation from the merchant, this does not refers to bonuses. 

All available cashbacks and bonuses in the account you want to close, it would be added as "bonus" to your active Shopback account.
