How do I change my phone number?

Unfortunately for security reasons, you will not be able to change your phone number once you've registered it with ShopBack. 

If you have multiple Shopback accounts using the same phone number, the duplicate phone numbers would be removed by our system on 17th September 2018 and you can proceed to update your valid phone number to one of your Shopback accounts. You can only use 1 valid phone number for 1 Shopback account only at a single time. Our system would not allow users to update phone numbers that have been used in Shopback another accounts. 

As mentioned in our Terms & Condition :

• Each mobile number may only be linked to one ShopBack account
