Why my cashback has passed the pending period but has not turned “Confirmed”?

Unfortunately this means that there has been a delay in validating your Cashback from the merchant side. Please bear with us for another 7 to 14 working days for the merchant to update the validation. If your Cashback still has not turned “Confirmed” by then, please contact our Customer Service.
